Safety Rules for Internship Factories
1、提高安全意识，加强安全教育。领导高度重视，把安全教育列入重要日程，使工厂的全体职工和实习学生都要牢固树立“安全第一”的思想，不能有丝毫麻痹和侥幸心理。要把诱发事故的因素消除在萌芽状态之中。

2、学生入厂后，必须进行三级安全教育。要把安全的重要性、危险性给学生讲深讲透，提高学生安全意识和防范知识。做到高高兴兴入厂实习，平平安安结束离厂。

3、执行三级安全管理制度；即厂长抓班组长、班组长抓指导教师、指导教师负责实习学生。一旦在厂内发生任何事故﹙无论是操作事故还是其它事故﹚，都将逐级追究其连带责任。

4、实习学生必须穿戴好防护用品，扣好衣扣，扎好袖口，不准穿背心、拖鞋、高跟鞋进入工厂，女同学不准穿裙子进行实习。女同学的发辫要扎入工作帽内。一切着装都必须符合安全生产要求。

5、在厂区内：不准随便离岗、串岗、追逐打闹、大声喧哗、攀登高物；不准看报刊、杂志等与金工实习无关的其它书籍。未经指导教师同意，不准单独操作机床或乱摸乱动其它开关，不准私自加工其它与实习无关的零件。

6、尊重指导教师，服从指导教师的指挥和安排，集中精力听指导教师的授课和操作示范。了解设备性能，掌握操作规程，虚心学习，不懂就问，确保安全操作。

7、指导教师要认真施教，严格要求。要关心学生，爱护学生，耐心指导。保证实习学生的安全。

8、严格按照操作规程进行操作，不允许有任何违章、违规行为，如有违反者及时批评教育，不听劝告者要令其检查或暂停实习，情节严重者，实习成绩不予通过，并报有关部门给予处分。坚决杜绝一切事故的发生。

车工实习安全操作规程

1、必须穿戴好防护用品，扣好衣扣，扎好袖口，衣着整齐。女同学不准穿裙子，发辫要扎入工作帽内。

2、启动车床前，先给各注油部位加油，检查卡盘扳手是否取下，操作手柄位置是否正确，工件、刀具是否夹紧夹牢。
Before starting the lathe, add oil to each oiling part, check whether the chuck wrench is removed, whether the position of the operating handle is correct, and whether the workpiece and cutter are clamped firmly.
3、不准戴手套操作，不准用手摸运动的工件和刀具，不准用棉纱擦试运动工件，停车时不得用手刹卡盘。

4、先进行空车练习。空车练习时，刀架应远离卡盘。在加工操作过程中不允许车刀顶住工件进行起动，以免打坏刀具、损坏车床。

5、车削时车刀架应调整到合适位置，以防车刀架导轨碰撞卡盘。

6、必须停车变换车床主轴速度，以防损坏车床。
When the spindle speed of the lathe needs changing, the lathe must be stopped in case of damage.
7、自动纵向或横向进给时，严禁大、中拖板超过极限位置。
When automatic vertical or horizontal feed is going, large and medium carriage exceeds limit position.
8、停车后，不准用手清理铁屑或触摸不光滑的工件表面。以免划伤手。
After the lathe stops, it is not allowed to clean the iron filings by hand or touch the uneven surface of the workpiece so as not to scratch your hands.
9、测量尺寸时，必须等车床完全停止后，再进行测量。

10、若两人以上在同一车床实习，只能轮换操作，不能同时操作。

12、操作时只能在指定的机床操作，不能随便换车床。车床在运行时操作人不准离开车床。

13、操作过程中，如发现异常现象，立即断电停机，马上报告，及时检查。

14、每天下班前，打扫车床卫生，擦干净车床上污垢、铁屑，导轨面加注机油，垃圾倒入指定地点。

15、工具、量具轻拿轻放，摆放整齐，锁好工具柜。

钳工实习安全操作规程
Safety Operation Rules for Benchwork Practice
1、必须穿戴好防护用品，扣好衣扣，扎好袖口，衣着整齐。女同学不准穿裙子，长发要扎入工作帽内。
Intern students must wear protective equipment, button up clothes, tie cuffs, and dress neatly. Female students are not allowed to wear skirts and their hair braids must be tied into their work caps.
2、正确使用各种工具，平口钳装夹工件要牢固，锯切时严禁把手放在锯口下方，以免把手锯伤。
Use all kinds of tools correctly. The flat-nose pliers must be firm to clamp the workpiece. It is strictly forbidden to put your hands under the saw edge during sawing to avoid hand injury.
3、钢锯锯条要安装牢固，锯切时不得用力过大、过猛、过快，防止锯条崩断伤人。
The hacksaw blade should be installed firmly. When saw cutting objects, you can’t use too much force or do it violently or fast in case that the saw blade might break to hurt people.
4、在工件需要敲打或錾削时，要注意周围人员的安全，防止意外伤人。
When the workpiece needs to be beaten or chiseled, pay attention to the safety of the surrounding personnel to prevent accidental injury.
5、钻孔时，钻头必须夹紧，不准戴手套，工件必须夹紧，不准用手拿工件，以防意外事故发生。
When drilling, the drill bit must be clamped, gloves must not be worn, the workpiece must be clamped, and the workpiece must not be held by hand to prevent accidents.
6、锉削不准用口吹、手抹，只能用刷子轻轻刷扫。

7、严禁对平口钳和工作台乱打乱敲，禁止一切不良行为。

铣工实习安全操作规程

2、开机前，首先检查各运动部件是否灵活，油路是否畅通，变速手柄是否在要求位置，工件和刀具是否夹紧，检查限位器是否可靠。纵向快速移动时，应将手轮与离合器脱开，并注意不得开过规定行程。快速自动进给时，要先调好行程限位块。不准打开电器箱。
Before starting up, first check whether the moving parts are flexible, whether the oil circuit is unblocked, whether the shift lever is in the required position, whether the workpiece and the tool are clamped, and check whether the stopper is reliable. When moving quickly in the longitudinal direction, the handwheel should be disconnected from the clutch and be careful not to drive over the specified stroke. When rapid automatic feed is going, the stroke limit block must be adjusted first. Do not open the electrical box.
3、不准在工作台面上放物件和校正工件时敲打。拆装铣刀时，应用棉纱将刀刃缠好，并擦净刀杆、刀套，禁止用铁锤敲打。

4、加工工件的尺寸不准超过机床允许的加工范围。

6、在使用工作台纵向工作时，应将横向和垂直方向的紧固螺钉拧紧，在使用横向工作时，也应将纵向和垂直方向的紧固螺钉拧紧，避免工作台产生振动。

7、用挂轮铣削螺旋槽工件时，应注意选择合适的铣削量。

8、使用分度头时，严禁敲打，不用时取下。
When using the indexing head, it is strictly forbidden to knock, and remove it when not in use
9、铣削平面时，必须用4个以上刀头的刀盘，铣削量不能过大，防止产生振动。
When milling a plane, a cutter disc with more than 4 tool bits must be used, and the amount of milling cannot be too large to prevent vibration.
10、严禁在铣削过程中变换速度，在对刀时一律用手动操作。

12、铣削带键槽的轴和薄件时，注意铣刀不能伤及分度头和工作台面。

13、铣削过程中，刀具进给运动未脱开时不得停车。

14、不准在铣刀切入工件的情况下开车或停车，高速铣削应戴防护眼镜。快速进给时，刀具应离工件50毫米处停止，再用手动靠近。

15、测量尺寸时，必须等铣床完全停止后，再进行测量。

磨工实习安全操作规程

1、必须穿戴好防护用品，扣好衣扣，扎好袖口，衣着整齐。女同学不准穿裙子，发辫要扎入工作帽内。

2、启动磨床前，应将液压传动手柄放在“停止”位置，调节速度手柄放在“最低”位置，砂轮快速移动手柄放在“后退”位置，以防开车时突然碰撞。
Before starting the grinder, the hydraulic transmission handle should be placed in the "stop" position, the speed adjustment handle should be placed in the "lowest" position, and the grinding wheel rapid movement handle should be placed in the "back" position to prevent sudden collisions while operating.
3、停机八小时以上再开机时，要空运转3~5分钟，确认润滑系统畅通，再开始磨削，磨削进给量慢慢加大，不可突然增大，以防损坏砂轮。
When the machine is shut down for more than eight hours and then turned on again, run it idling for 3 to 5 minutes to confirm that the lubrication system is unblocked, and then start grinding. The grinding feed rate should be increased slowly and not suddenly to prevent damage to the grinding wheel.
4、安装砂轮要检查无裂纹，须进行静平衡，修正后再次平衡，在有防护罩的情况下试车2—3分钟后再正常工作。
The grinding wheel should be checked for no cracks when installed,, and static balance should be carried out. After correction, balance again. The machine should have a test run for 2-3 minutes with the protective cover before it runs normally.
5、工作台面不得放量具和其它物件。
No measuring tools and other objects are allowed on the work bench.
6、开车前必须按工件的长度调整好换向撞块的位置并紧固。
Before starting the machine, the position of the reversing block must be adjusted according to the length of the workpiece and tightened.
7、磨削时须在砂轮和工件都启动后再进刀，退刀后再停车。磨床运转时不得清扫机床。
When grinding, it is necessary to enter the tool after the grinding wheel and the workpiece are started, and then stop after the tool is retracted. Do not clean the machine while the grinder is still running.
8、测量工件尺寸时，必须将砂轮退离工件并停机，再进行测量。

9、电磁吸盘的整流器应在通电5分钟后再使用，电磁吸盘吸附工件时，检查吸附牢固后再磨削。

10、砂轮接近工件时，用手动进给。砂轮未离开工件时，不准中途停机。

11、操作时不能离开机床，如发现异常现象，立即断电停机，马上报告，及时检查。

刨工实习安全操作规程

1、必须穿戴好防护用品，扣好衣扣，扎好袖口，衣着整齐。女同学不准穿裙子，发辫要扎入工作帽内。

2、要合理调整工作台高度，调整前，支架及滑座的压板螺钉要松开，调整后，要逐个拧紧。刀具安装要合理，伸出部位尽量短些。
The height of the worktable should be adjusted reasonably. Before adjustment, the screws of the bracket and the pressing plate of the sliding seat should be loosened, and after adjustment, they should be tightened one by one. The tool should be installed reasonably, and the extension part should be as short as possible
3、工件必须夹紧，校正时用铜锤轻轻敲打，不得用金属物乱敲。
The work piece must be clamped, and lightly tapped with a copper hammer during calibration. Do not tap randomly with metal objects.
4、机床启动前，滑枕的紧定手柄要旋紧。
Before the machine is started, the tightening handle of the ram must be tightened.
3、不准在滑枕运动时变换行程、速度和刨削量。测量工件尺寸时，先停车后测量。
It is not allowed to change the stroke, speed and planning volume when the ram is moving. When measuring the size of the workpiece, stop the machine first and then measure it.
4、不准戴手套操作，不准用手摸运动的刀具，不准用棉纱擦试运动工件。

5、不准用加长扳手手柄增加力矩的方法卡紧工件。
It is not allowed to clamp the workpiece by extending the handle of the wrench to increase the torque
6、经常检查滑枕的松紧程度，并随时调整，防止掉刀。当刀架滑板紧固螺钉未松开时，不得强制移动。
Check the tightness of the ram frequently and adjust it at any time to prevent the tool from falling. When the fastening screw of the carriage slide plate is not loosened, it shall not be forced to move.
7、慢速对刀进给，注意距离，避免突然碰撞。

8、切削时，刀具未退出工件前，不得停车。

10、上下移动工作面时，必须先松开工作台底面支架的手柄与螺帽，工作台位置固定后立即旋紧，若快速运动时应取下曲柄摇手。
When moving the work surface up and down, first loosen the handle and nut of the bottom bracket of the worktable, and then tighten them immediately after the position of the worktable is fixed. If the work surface is moved quickly, the crank should be removed.
11、工作台面不许放置工具、量具和其它物品。

锻造实习安全操作规程

1、必须穿戴好防护用品，扣好衣扣，扎好袖口，衣着整齐。女同学不准穿裙子，发辫要扎入工作帽内。

2、用空气锤锻造操作时，只能一人操作，注意力要高度集中。
When using air hammer to do forging operation, only one person is allowed , and the attention must be highly concentrated
3、不允许锤击冷铁。
Hammering of cold iron is not allowed.
4、操作时戴好手套，夹紧工件，准备就绪再启动机床。
Wear gloves during operation, clamp the workpiece, and start the machine when ready.
5、操作时如发现异常现象，立即断电停机，马上报告，及时检查维修后，方可使用。
If an abnormal phenomenon is found during operation, immediately cut off the power and stop the machine, report immediately, and check and repair in time before use.
6、下料时，手不能靠近锯口，以免伤人。
When feeding , keep your hands away from the saw to avoid injury.
7、锻造夹钳要经常检查，不合格及时维修和更换。
Forging clamps should be checked frequently, repaired and replaced in time if they are unqualified.
8、锻好的锻件，按指定地点放好，以免烫伤。
Place the forged parts at the designated location to avoid burns.
9、锻造车间内，不准追逐打闹、大声喧哗，以免影响实习教学。

10、下班前，熄灭炉火，打扫机床和地面卫生，各润滑部位加注机油，垃圾倒入指定地点。

铸造实习安全操作规程

1、必须穿戴好防护用品，扣好衣扣，扎好袖口，衣着整齐。女同学不准穿裙子，发辫要扎入工作帽内。
Intern students must wear protective equipment, button up clothes, tie cuffs, and dress neatly. Female students are not allowed to wear skirts and their hair braids must be tied into their work caps.
2、造型时不能用嘴吹沙子。
Do not blow sand with your mouth when modeling.
3、工作区内杂物清理干净，以免脚面发生危险。
Clean up litter in the work area to avoid danger to the feet
4、铸造车间内，不准追逐打闹、大声喧哗，以免发生危险和影响实习教学次序。No chasing and making loud noises in the casting workshop to avoid danger and affecting the internship
5、浇注时人员不能过于靠近，并注意对准浇注口，防止铁水飞溅伤人。
Personnel should not be too close when pouring, and pay attention to aiming at the pouring gate to prevent molten iron splashing and hurting people.
6、浇包中金属液不能超过80％，不能盛得太满。浇注工具要干，防止金属液飞溅。
The molten metal in the ladle cannot exceed 80%, and it should not be too full. The pouring tool should be dry to prevent splashing of molten metal.
7、不能用手、脚触及未冷却的铸件。
Do not touch uncooled castings with hands or feet.
8、剩余铁水倒入安全地点，以防伤人。

9、下班时拉下电闸，打扫清理地面卫生，工具、模具清理好摆放整齐。

焊接实习安全操作规程

3、磨物件时须站在砂轮侧面，工件与砂轮研磨时用力要适当，不能强行硬磨，手不能离砂轮太近，以免伤人。
